Why are you comparing a summer tire to an all season? Compare the MPSS to the Continental DW, or the A/S 3 to the Continental DWS. Both summers are good in wet and dry above 40 degrees, although comparisons have the MPSS as better. If you're going to use them in colder weather, consider the all seasons. Comparisons generally put the A/S 3 above the DWS, but they're both good. Neither all season is as good as its respective summer tire in warm weather.
