UTQG = Uniform tire quality grading. Or basically tire softness/hardness. The lower the number, the softer (stickier) the tire and shorter the life. Your tires are probably close enough in spec to not cause a problem. I don't think it will be the same for the RS3 and gt. Good luck.
Unless your tire pressure is out of wack, tpms will not matter.
