The RCEs will be more "trackable," and they will be more predictable, but they lower the car less.

The Pro-kit is progressive, thus will be more comfortable, but they won't handle as predictably. However, you get moar low. Also, the TRD springs are the Eibach Pro-Kit, so there's that to interpret it as you wish.

I run neither. I went with Swift Spec Rs with Bilstein struts. I did not like the Swift Spec Rs on stock struts because I believe the car was unpredictable on the stock struts. There are at least 10 reviews on every spring available.
