A huge list of fees that took me 3 days to go through and understand who was charging me, what it was exactly for. Who sets the rate? Is it set by the state or a demand based rate. Then if the rate was a fair rate or necessary.
I am still emailing the company and not sure if I'm have asked the right or enough questions. I thought lender feed would be around 3k it is actually 6.5k (have to look but this may actually have the MCC credit in there which is 1.2k)
I am anticipating 1k in monies to move. (That's including 300 refundable deposit for moving uhual) boxes, packing material, fuel, loss in pay for day off and misc.
