i didnt clarify a rule nor was I the one who reported this and had it moved. I actually was just making a suggestion as not everybody knows about the regional forums. hence why i told
you to tag a mod if
you wanted it moved. maybe bitch out the other guy that tagged a mod (and it didnt even work cuz he got the name wrong)
