this will most likly rub on the inner struits. depends on the tireflank of the tires you choose (each manufacture makes them different) but it will either be extremly close or even rub. 225 or 235 may be the better choice here

very very close to the inner struits. you may clear then with 225 tires mounted, but still very close. I would try to testfit the wheels first.

Stock suspension with lowering springs.
Not looking for flush, but I want to know if I'll rub. I've tried the fitment calculator and I don't seem to have a problem but, I'm just not certain. I've heard that wheels that are 9" or 9.5"+ might have problems in the front and need coils. Sorry if it has been already been answered. Please post link! Thanks in advance.

that should work, its close but should not rub.

I'm considering running 255/40/18 on rear & 235/40/18 on front. Will this fit, or will it be an issue? I hate having to ask, but fitment is not my strong point. I'm getting frustrated with all the conflicting advice and opinions. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

one of the thigtest fittings you can do in the front. I saw someone donig this setup with 235 tires, so it sould work, if you want to be safe however go for 225. the main isse is rubbing on the inner side at the struits, and tire manufacturer do vary in wide of the flanks, so if you have a "wide" flank it may still rub with 235 tires. 225 give you some more space to play with. best is to testfit if you go for a setup this tight just to be sure
