***Just went to the Scion site. Did the color names change for 2016? White is now Halo. Silver is Steel. Blue is Oceanic. Red is Ablaze.

Not a fan of the pearlescent effect of the white. Plus with a color like white you lose a lot of the detail in the bodywork when it is bright out. To me, white makes the car look like a funny little blob.

I typically don't like plain silver. I think it makes the car look a little cheap. The FR-S is cheap, but it is special so I think it deserves something cool. With that said, if you found yourself a Series 10 the silver is much more complex and you get a blue/ brown tint depending where you stand and the time of day/ cloudy/ etc.

Of the 2, I'd go with Argento. If the white was flat, I'd do that.

If I could do it over, I would probably have taken more time to find one in Asphalt. Instead, I walked into the dealership at 5pm and walked out at 9 pm with a Series 10. I kind of regret it because despite the complexity of the paint the car is kind of anonymous. My previous car was VW Tornado Red, so it has been an adjustment. I guess my narcissism misses the attention.

Take your time and try to see all the colors in person. Not just at night or in the morning. Do drive bys at different times of the day.
