If you slip the clutch a little more you won't need to blip the throttle. Or put it in a lower gear and just hold the clutch all the way in until you reach a good speed. Then if there is an emergency you can just floor it and drop the clutch. I dunno, I just neutral roll to stop but I like to live dangerously
