Which is nonsense. If you do this, you're not fooling anybody except yourself. Everyone but you realizes that you put all that stuff on your car to make it look cool to other people. And I can prove it: If it were only for you, you wouldn't even care whether any of us thought canards looked stupid. The fact that you're getting upset about it just shows you care what other people think about your mods.

So you still thought something was cool, then someone told you it wasn't, then you thought it wasn't. You still changed your mind based on someone else's opinion.
And I'm not offended you don't like canards. I don't like stock cars. That's fine. I'm disturbed by the intense negativity put forth by the community against anyone who's car they don't like. If I wanted people to approve of my car, I'd buy a Porsche. Not spend thousands of dollars modifying a scion. But then I'd still be a sheep modding/not modding for social acceptance. I can assure you I haven't been interested in other peoples opinions of me or mine in a very long time. I've had a lot of negative things said to me for many years. That taught me to resist everyone else's opinions and do what I want. I will continue to strive to make my car the best that I can regardless of everyone else's ideas of what it should be. If you don't approve, just go back to the flock. I'm sure your shepard will be along shortly to tell you what to diss next.
