New gaskets are totally up to you. You run the risk of a leak if you reuse old gaskets. Easy fix...basically just reinstall the pipe with new gaskets but it means doing it 2x.
Some people reuse old gaskets and have no problem...but hit or miss from my experience. My brother installed an exhaust reusing gaskets...had a leak for a few days but it went away. I like the peace of mind and my car only gets the best. To each their own.
