Thanks for the welcome. If you're asking if I think that the dealership will be able to get the car perfect, then... not really. I imagine the pimply kid was the one who did the detail job in the first place and they'll tell him to take another whack at it. However, they now know that I won't settle for imperfections, and I do think that they'll do whatever it takes to keep me a satisfied customer as that's what they've been doing.

Not only are they detailing the car again, but they'll also be putting on their paint protection stuff. Might not do anything, but the fact that they'll go the extra step speaks a lot to me. Plus I don't think they'll put on paint protection knowing they'll be protecting scratches .

Worst case, I have some recommendations for detailers that I'll go to if there are still scratches. I'd like to believe they'll do it right though, especially since they're doing it for free as a courtesy. I just don't like to judge negatively until I have something negative to judge about.
