I don't mean to piss off all those that like the stock lights, but to me the stock ones look like cheap after market units. The TOMS' (to me) look more OEM than the OEM ones!
Its bad enough the BRZ shares the same wheels, but after going to all that effort on the nose I think Subaru dropped the ball with the brake lights. Especially on a BRZ the TOMS' bring a more cohesive Subaru family resemblance to the car that was missing from the factory and help to raise the perceived quality of the car. Being body kit free, wingless and in polished show room condition most of the time no doubt helps too
