Just like nearly any car these days, the tune is where the power is. Especially on a car like this (NA 2.0), you're buying an exhaust for sound, looks, and the biggest upgrade most likely, weight savings. That's not to say you won't get some power out of it, but a good tune on modern cars is where the power is at. And a tune will get the most out of your other mods safely as well (intakes making the car run too lean, CEL, etc).

More than that, usually, unless it's on a hub. And that's Evo 8-10. And don't forget that it's the torque that makes a big impact on "feeling", something the Evo's make pretty well to boot.
