I'm not 100% sure on this. 18.8.5 with offset 45 in the front is very very tight to the inner struits, but it should fit. But be carefull with the tires you choose, a 245/35/18 should be the absolute maximum you put on these. But again, I'm not 100% sure on this, so try the wheels before mounting any tries (so you could still send them back if they dont fit.
Rear is no issue with 18x9.5 offset 45, this is fine.

I know that the Goodrich Tires have big flanks, still, maybe go with 235/40/18 just to be safe. Again, this is a very tight fit if not used with coilovers
