I have the quad core and the only lag is startup. Once it's booted, everything is fast. I run Waze, have YaV1 runnnig in the background, and can listen to music videos in the background.
Torque runs same speed as your any bluetooth OBD2 adapter. There is slight delay and the data is not realtime.
Before this radio, I had spent $800 on a Kenwood DNN770HD and the joying blows it away. For $300, you won't find anything better.
