$200 will not get you any amount of sound deadening that is worth your time or effort. Plan on 500-600 at least. Just adding "dynamat" or CLD tiles in general is a complete waste of time. I've made that mistake a couple times in the last 18 years of modding cars. Don't do it. You need to go all out, or don't bother.
