I got the stage 1 from ft86speedfactory. It did come with a TOB. Also forgot to mention the clips holding the original TOB to the fork were toast too. no issues yet, shifts feel buttery smooth and 1st isn't hard to get into anymore. Still in the process of breaking it in which will only take me a week. The pedal doesnt feel hard to push in as the instructions suggests, but i think thats because it was harder to push in with a jacked up TOB.
