This is NOT just from camber wear, my stock tires did the same thing so maybe its a common problem? Definitely make sure your toe is zero'd out when you go for an alignment. Camber wear just wears them down more it doesn't make them chunk up like this just google camber wear, -3 degrees isn't too aggressive especially in the front.
Do you have the same problem in the front or on the other front tire?
