I was doing my specific car a brz premium I got for 25k but a brz limited for 27k gets you dual climate, push button start, and leather you still got 2k to play with after interior. Lets be real unless it actually adds downforce aero is all cheap plastic just one says TRD on it that they can upcharge from the name. I got my wheels and tires for 1k and aero parts for less than 200 bucks.

Sure you can get any cheap parts and make it look like that but to buy the real parts (and there is more quality to TRD then just a name. Much of that cheap Ebay stuff is trash) parts and have the real thing is gonna cost you. The "leather" in the BRZ is not the same as the interior of the 2 which has a pile more done to it.
If you use the $27K BRZ as the base then you are still getting colour, wheels and aero for only $2K. That does not even touch the intrinsic value of having a special edition.
Like you said though these are not intended for the modder anyway. These are targeted for people that just want to jump in and drive away and are willing to pay for that.
