Sorry! I just looked and I don't think can take any good photos showing the notches I made. On the passenger side metal covers, the DI ECU is blocking view of the notches I made. I'll post a picture of the driver's side which shows the one notch I made but it's not a very good picture. Basically the the DW injector/adapter combo sticks out too far. Simply cut into the metal covers so that the injector/adapters clear. Once you have injectors installed on the fuel rail, it will be very obvious where the metal covers are fouling the injectors.
