It's been a week since I placed my order, still no shipment notification or reply to the support email I sent 4 days ago. Going to call tomorrow during their business hours... terrible support so far.

Edit: Finally called them on the phone during their business hours, @toast was right - they don't stock the taillights, they have them shipped from a warehouse in CA. The 24 hour shipping window was a total lie, they didn't ship until today which is exactly a week after I placed my order. They should arrive in the next couple days since I'm also located in CA.

Edit 2: after 2 calls and 2 weeks I finally got my lights. Never ordering from this site again, their support is beyond terrible.
