Actually, I think it's a generic Toyota option.
The sensors look identical on all Toyota models, and the beeping sounds are identical too.
So the dealer probably just paint the plastic covers and install the same wires and stuff on all models
It's a crutch anyway; just like backup cameras, if you learn to drive properly you really don't need them.
(I used to say that about ABS back when only new&expensive cars had them. Changed my mind a few years later.)
