Chase1996 to add to what others have said, here is a link that kind of explains what aftermarket camber bolts do and why they are beneficial.

Basically, when you lowered the car, the camber will be off (because the OEM camber bolt is "fixed") therefore the suspension geometry will be "off".
The fix is to put a different bolt in there, so as the camber can be adjusted a bit.
You're almost "done" ...... a couple of bolts and an alignment and you're good to go .....
