The pricing on your side of the Baltic Sea seems quite reasonable, actually. Here in Finland we pay 47K EUR = 59K USD for the Toyota GT86 and 49K EUR = 62K USD for the BRZ. Options are the same - everything is included and you only pick the color and transmission.
I wasn't too happy when this pricing was announced and considered buying something else despite having waited for the FT86 for so many years. After a quite thorough price comparison with a lot of similarly equipped hot hatchbacks and RWD coupés, I ordered the 86 anyway.
