Per month most likely. At 18-19 when I checked insurance for just me it was $300 a month. Last year I was (internet) quoted $80 something, I just laughed, no bloody way. I was paying $110 on parents insurance and I thought that was a steal compared to solo.
I can't imagine insurance with vehicle liability on something with any value either
