If I were buying, I would be rather interested in actual price discount, or maybe getting winter tires and another set of rims for just a few bucks (or for free).

Yeah, point it out, especially if you're planning on continuing servicing with them.
As for getting another set of wheels and or tires for free, that's most likely not going to happen. They may be able to help you get some money off of them (separate department).
