Costco charges $15 per wheel to have them mounted. That $15 includes mounting, balancing, and disposal of the old tire. But seeing as the tires were still so new, I'm just holding onto them just in case. And actually I think disposal usually runs $1 a tire, so I ended up paying $14 per tire for install. The Costco deal was a little sweeter than just $70 off in that they also gave an extra $30 discount towards install for executive members.

You don't have to have them installed there - if you just take delivery you only pay for the tire, not the install. It was just easier for me to have them installed there, but word of wise - they damaged my wheel. There's small scrubbing/nicks where they mounted the tires. I'm probably going to follow up with them because I took pictures before just in case, but at the same time I don't expect them to actually do anything about it, and I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle.
