This is a contrived test that makes no sense at all - the MT still wins if it dumps the clutch. Just because the car is moving at 5mph doesn't mean you still can't push the clutch in, rev, and dump... The 5-60 "test" for the MT is SLOWER than the 0-60 test - the only way to do that is to let out the clutch completely, get the car rolling to 5mph, then to mash on the gas. Nobody would do that if they were trying to go as fast as possible...

It's not possible for the 0-60 to be slower than the 5-60 if they are performed the same way due to inertia.
