It should generate the tune files when you plug it in, mine did but I deleted them so I could edit my tunes personally, but yours should be fine, its $499 and tunes are free |

It should, the cheaper way is to buy a used one and then just load the tunes on yourself it's very easy if you need help just PM me or something when you get it or ask the forum for setup instructions or google it.
Alternatively if you don't care about making power and bought the header just to make noise you could attempt the spacer O2 sensor trick
