This may be a discussion for the Wheels/Tires section.

I run 18x9.5 inch wheels, 265/35-18 tires. You will need very sticky tires to run 215 wide tire. Assuming you are using these:

They seem decent, I have not tried them, but maybe try some tires with more grip, like:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....VAN+Neova+AD07

Or some other similar sticky tire if you are going to stay with 215 tires. Look for a Treadwear rating below 200. Otherwise wider wheels and tires will help. Do you have any suspension upgrades? You may try removing your rear sway bar to get more grip exiting the turns.
