Last and not least, Only god knows what is the gear ratio of this car, I hope its 3.5 and above (More like 3.7 or so)

I think you are assuming a lot, and if you are looking for fast 0-60, you will be bitterly disappointed by this car.
For circa 2600lbs and 210hp, it doesn't get much better than 6 seconds.
VW Scirrocco R, 6.5 sec
Mazda RX-8, 5.8 sec
Celica GT-S, 7.2 sec
All similar to slightly better P/W ratios to what is
assumed/speculated for an NA FT-86.
It really is pointless to guess, as we don't know what the final specs are going to be, much less the gear ratios, final drive, what tyres, lsd or no, launch control or no.... Based on popular estimates of power and weight (and the Aisin gearbox) though, I believe it will be in the six second range, low 6s on good days, high on bad days, averaging around 6.5 secs. Perhaps high 5's on rare occasions, or with bolt-ons or 1 foot roll of out. I wouldn't mind one bit if Toyota proves me wrong though.
It's not a mustang or genesis V6 guys. Willing to bet that though, around a circuit it will equal or better either.
