Tie rods would be difficult to compete with. Whiteline has that pretty well sorted from a price stand point, I see us being easily 2xs that price. But we could do it and they'd be lighter

However one of the bearing seems to be stuck while the other one spins quite freely. This maybe a stupid question, as I do not have access to my tools right now. Not sure if the bearing should be jammed like that, or if there may possibly be damage during transportation.

Thanks for the compliments. I use photobucket, picasa, or flickr. I do not think you can link to dropbox on the forum.
This is referred to as stiction and is normal. It is from the PTFE liner in the rod end which increases longevity of the spherical bearing. This will reduce with time.
