Fensport are indeed local - I've had many a lengthy talks with Adrian (owner) over the years. I bought my Cosworth kit from them.
I use an ODB bluetooth and nexus 7 to readout oil temp. I just have the pressure gauge fitted in the drivers side vent to keep and eye open for oil surge/starvation.
At the moment I have mocal spacer and thermostatic plate, but plan to swap over to a mishimoto as it has the sensor 1/8npt thread.
