Sorry this took so long. Been on 60 hour weeks so not much free time. Free bump though! There is an extreme lack of information about this kit so I am including all the relevant pictures I took during the install. If you need anything at all, minute detail image or whatever, just ask.
The greatest help to me was
other turbo guides!!! I cannot stress this enough. The Works Manual and Ptuning Manual helped me figure out so much stuff and even provided a direct guide to the heat shielding I will talk about later. I picked those manuals as they had the same mounting locations for their turbos and that ended up giving an approximate guide to this one since there's no official D3PE install manual. On to the building.
Bought an
oil sandwich plate, told the guys this wouldn't work due to the recessed placement of the filter but they insisted and I bought this anyway just to return it a few days later. Ended up just getting a few porting pieces and running it off the oil lines right next to the filter. There's a good amount of info about doing this on here but I don't have any of those pages saved anymore so you'll have to find them.

I skip a lot of steps in the pictures. I jacked the car up onto stands so I could be comfortably under it and removed all of the skid plates and then the front pipe. You will need to pull the overpipe off (Hint: Get a jack under the engine block to lift and give the overpipe just enough space to escape without cutting the heat shielding off. The bolts on the shielding of my overpipe were rusted beyond use.) and remove the headers. Either you'll be using aftermarket headers or you'll want to knock the cat out of the factory one so that you don't risk any of the cat breaking and flying into your turbo and destroying it. I didn't know this and had to go in and pull the headers off after the full install. That was the biggest pain of the whole install.

From there I reinstalled the headers and attached the up-pipe from the headers into the engine space so that I could set the turbo on and get an idea of how it would sit as well as what would need shielding/relocating.

Once that was in place I started to lay out the piping and get a feel for how it would move through the car. I did this a lot and it really helped as far as planning went.

Removed the crash bar and the windshield wiper reservoir. The factory one will not fit and I am sure there's options that would fit I haven't bothered with it yet. I find it easier to just keep a bottle and rag with me.

The horn and temp gauge will need to be relocated to the side of the radiator which was very simple and required no extra parts.
Unfortunately my intercooler had a bit of the metal snapped off where it should attach to the crash bar but a little drilling and a trip to Lowes later and I had that
solved. This intercooler sucks to mount. No other way to put it. Other kits mount to the front or back of the crash bar because there's plenty of spots to do so. I had to use a lot of ratchet extensions and some extreme ingenuity (vice clamps) to put bolts and nuts through the bar and tightened in order to get this thing secured.

With that on, run all the pipes and hook it up as if this is the final install except for the actual turbo area. You will need to heat wrap that area a lot. I went through two and a half roles of heat tape at something like 15-20$ a roll and another large single sheet I used to create a sketchy battery wall to shield everything.

Everything sealed off you can mount the turbo
then mount the downpipe. You cannot mount the DP first or the turbo wont fit. It's a tight squeeze. Mount the dump tube and wastegate if not already done and run those lines to your boost controller. I had some help from a mechanic friend of my girlfriends at this point as this was my first time doing a turbo and running the boost lines had me nervous. This actually led to more problems than help though which I will explain.
Set up the catch can, I let the friend do this for me while I worked on something else on the car and mine is apparently set up wrong and is essentially useless. Also run the oil drain line to the pan or if you're smart you'll have bought one of those ports into the crank case that other kits give you. Much simpler and no need to buy a new pan with a drain port or to modify your existing pan (Blitz sells a new pan with the drain port on it for less than it would have cost to have mine modded.)
Hook up the BOV to your vacuum line and your boost gauge and that's really all there is. Just put the car back together from there.

The whole install was much simpler than I expected and my only regret was paying that guy to help me. He left seals off of my wastegate and the stuff he did right ended up being very simple. It is an intimidating task though if you've never built a turbo before so I just consider it money spent on piece of mind at the time. Hope this all helps!
