As of right now I am running a DTFF (Delicious tuning flex fuel kit) and a tune for a stock car. COBB has nothing to do with any of the tunes or parts, they strictly are going to be my dyno operator. I trust them to do it right. But my hope is to show (at the very least) a base line dyno of the DTFF running 91 before header and front pipe(essentially a stock car). Then show two after dynos with the ACE Header/front pipe installed. One running 91 and the second running E85. Ideally this will be completed in 1 day, but it is likely to take 2 days. The runs should still be very close when comparing weather conditions.
I will be running Oklahoma 91, which is sh*t. I have had tuners from Cobb, FBM, TPC racing, and others; all tell me that the 91 i bring them is just about the worst they have ever seen. In fact it is more like 90 or 89 octane. But it wont matter too much cause both 91 dynos will be using the same sh*tty 91 gas. However, my E85 gas in these parts is usually pretty good and stable.
On a separate note, I am diggin the flex fuel kit from Delicious. Super simple install, and nice to have a bracket to bolt everything too instead of just zip ties. Besides a tune and header, this should be one of the first power mods you do to an FT86. Assuming you have access to E85, if you dont...then i am sorry.
