dropped my transmission tonight. The throw out bearing was definitely an issue. the plastic center either got hot and melted out of the bearing or it just broke. The clips holding the bearing were all messed up and just hanging there. It looks like the TOB was grinding on the pressure plate. Didn't see much damage to the splines or clutch disc or flywheel. Ill post some pics later.
Since i replaced the clutch I am going to order some new TOB clips. I also ordered the whiteline positive shift kit and perrin shifter bushings while its out.
