Stick with Toyota FR-S so as not to alienate current FR-S owners. Don't love it, but didn't love the name "Scion" as a car make anyhow.
- "Toyota FR-S" doesn't roll off the tounge like "Scion FR-S". Too many syllables in "Toyota"
- "GT-86" has always been a little odd because the car is far from a G.T. "GT" in the case of the global version refers to a trim level anyhow. The car is an "86".
-"86" seems to be best in the spirit of the car, but kind of restricts it to a square 86x86 bore & stroke.
- "FT-86" was the name of the concept. Doesn't "F" stand for "Future". Doesn't really make sense either.
