LOL I'm glad I wasn't the only one that felt the same way, not only does the emblems and logo look ugly af. Their target market is just not what I wanted to be a part of, and the FRS is too damn good to even be branded/tainted as a scion.
Edit: So after all the excitement now, I started to look around Google for the sales figures. I didn't find much but apparently our cars aren't selling very well or as well as I thought they were. I find it hard to believe since I have friends in CA saying they see FRS' and BRZs left and right, and I heard it's sold AMAZINGLY in Australia and other parts of the world. But not here in the USA. I don't know exact sales figures, but I hope that with the GT86 or FRS becoming a Toyota brand here in the USA that FRS' will start selling a lot more. I'm sure one of the factors in the case of the FRS was that it simply was a scion. Also potential customers will see the Toyota brand and think of quality and reliability now instead of it just being a scion, kind of like the Civic Si is for Honda, we see the Honda brand and know that it's immediately reliable and has quality to it.
I hope our 86s will sell much better and we will see a 2nd generation 86.
