Rears should be fine depending on your camber. You might need to dial some more in. Many folks are running 18x9.5 +38 and sit pretty flush but 6mm more outside and inside, plus more tire also than these guys typically run. It's gonna be tight but doable with the right specs.
Noob question. To do minor camber adjustments, do I need any additional parts or should that be adjustable based on my coilovers (Tein Flex A)?
