Rear: 18 x 10 +38 offset w. 275/35/18 tires
The front I know is no problem. The rear, according to the fitment guide stickied in this section says that I'd be sticking out 18mm past flush on a 1" drop. Is this fine? 18mm doesnt sound like much, but I just want to be sure. Previous owner also says it fits his twin without anything other than coilovers.

Yeah,no issues with the fronts.
I run 18x9 +35 on 265's with no rubbing on a 1.25" drop and -2.75 camber. You're tucked in 3mm more and a bit less tire, perfect.
Rears should be fine depending on your camber. You might need to dial some more in. Many folks are running 18x9.5 +38 and sit pretty flush but 6mm more outside and inside, plus more tire also than these guys typically run. It's gonna be tight but doable with the right specs.
