Yeah they will try to say its this or that, but ask them to prove it and provide examples. Stick to your guns and dont get bullied as they want to make you pay out of pocket because they make a hell of a lot more money that way then if toyota pays them. What if they make the arguement that..
the exhaust on the car raised the horsepower to the point where it put extra strain on the transmission than designed by factory.
