They called me today saying they are haulting any further process and getting a toyota representative out there because of the modifications i had made to the vehicle. I have just an exhaust, stock header, lowering springs, arp studs, and wheels and thats it. I dont see the need to get a representative to look at my mods for a trans noise.

Yeah they will try to say its this or that, but ask them to prove it and provide examples. Stick to your guns and dont get bullied as they want to make you pay out of pocket because they make a hell of a lot more money that way then if toyota pays them. If they deny warranty then tell them you will be taking it somewhere else (and take it to another dealer) in the mean time
