For street cars with occasional track use I like Wilwood 570 fluid, it is very good and not expensive. What most people dont realize is that many of the top end expensive race fluids actually pick up moisture more quickly that a high performance street/track fluid. So they may initially have a dry boiling point higher than something like a Wilwood 570, but the boiling temp will drop off much faster. Keep in mind, race cars get bled before every event.
