Because you have OFT all you have to do is run the stage 2 tune instead of stage 1 and your car will pass obd emissions test and have no check engine light because the tune disables P0420 (the code that appears with catless uels)

Thanks - not long after i posted this I bought a Revworks catless and i've been rolling on Stage II for about 2 months. Passed emissions this month too
