It was fairly easy to do actually. At least if you do it this way, you will still have MPH on your digital speedo, and KPH on the analogue speedo for extra JDM points.

Took me about an hour all up.
Alternatively, if you call a dealership they may be able to put you in touch with whoever they use to do gauge cluster repairs in your local area who should be able to do the swap for a small fee.
