The answer to your question is " You should have no problems with driving the car after the frame has been pulled" That is what they are there for and if it cant be pulled they will let you know. The modern equipment used is pretty sophisticated in that there are a lot of datum points that they will match to make sure it is right.

Did you buy this as a crashed project or did you participate in the damage?

The good news is that FRS/BRZ parts are not all that rare in the scrapyards, so parts might be available for cheap.
