I love the Evo's. Always have. Always will. The biggest thing for me is that I just couldn't justify the price for what it offered. It's a fun car, but no folding rear seats, all plastic interior that never stops rattling, and running 4k RPMs at 75mph on the freeway (in the 5spd GSR) made me opt against it. Plus, the 15MY doesn't even have Recaros anymore

Out of those three options, I'd have to lean towards the SS side, simply because I personally feel like it offers more for the money as an all around car.

But, I also agree with what was previously said: Take all three for a good test drive and see how well it would fit with your wants and needs from a new vehicle.
