The chips can hardly be seen from a distance but they are annoying when washing the car up close.
Odd chip, that does look bad.

All my chips have been rock chips (yours doesn't look like it, odd location?). My impression was that people were putting down Subaru for front end chipping. Buy any low modern black car.. and you will hate yourself within 1 year.

But I see your point, that isn't good.

Every time I have a chip on any steel part.. I put paint on it ASAP. Glue some sandpaper to a pencil eraser, scuff it up and put some touch up on there. Don't want that spreading.
