Question is, will you ever build your motor? And...if you do, what is your motor budget? Realistically speaking, C30 is a pretty solid setup. While the upgrade path is similar between C30 and C38, the extra overhead of the C38 is definitely desirable when going down the path of a proper developed built motor.
