Personally, I've been responsible for lots of things that went wrong. And I have taken charge of fixing most of them.
But once in a while, I have taken responsibility for stuff that has turned out quite OK. And that's a good feeling. A feeling those paralysed people with their frightened little minds never get to have.

Can't make an omelet without cracking some eggs. I whip up one hell of a breakfast.
